Hip adductor – 20 lbs, 20 reps, 3 sets

Hip abductor – 20 lbs, 20 reps, 3 sets

Lat pulldown – 50 lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets

Seated row – 30 lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets

Chest press – 20 lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets

Overhead press – 20 lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets
